Third Named Storm In The Atlantic, Chantal, Just Named

The National Hurricane Center just named the third named storm of the Atlantic hurricane season, Tropical Storm Chantal, with wind speeds of 40 mph. Located SSE of Charleston, South Carolina, moving north at 2 mph. Chantal will bring strong winds and heavy rain to the Southeast Coast and is expected to make landfall sometime Sunday morning. Tropical storm warnings are in effect from the South Santee River, South Carolina, to Cape Fear, North Carolina.
