Child Died As Hurricane Erick Hit Mexico With Heavy Rain

Erick weakened quickly after crashing into the southern Mexico coast as a Category 3 hurricane early Thursday, but the heavy rain persisted, causing flooding that turned deadly in San Marcos, just outside Acapulco.
