Deputies Slog Through Floods To Rescue Woman And Cats

This was no ordinary rescue. With access to an elderly woman’s home largely cut off by floodwaters from Hurricane Milton, deputies in high-water gear got out of their boat and walked the last 100 yards to rescue her and her cats.
