More Texas Rain Still Expected After Deadly Flash Flooding

Parts of Texas have seen deadly flash flooding, and more rain is still to come. A flood watch is in effect from Killeen, Texas, all the way down to Bexar County. Many areas will see 5 to 8 inches of rain, with few areas potentially getting up to 12 inches of rain.
