Tropical Depression Three Forms And Is Headed For Carolinas

This new system is forecast to intensify into Tropical Storm Chantal before sliding into the South Carolina coast Sunday morning. Locally heavy rain, gusty winds, minor coastal flooding and rip currents will be the main impacts along the Southeast coast over the holiday weekend.
