Tropical Storm Alvin Could Soon Form In The Eastern Pacific

The Eastern Pacific hurricane season is two weeks in and we are already watching what could be our first named storm. The National Hurricane Center is watching an area of low pressure southwest of Mexico that could become Alvin within the next day or two.
