Tropical Storm Alvin Likely To Form In East Pacific

An area of low pressure off the coast of southern Mexico continues to show signs of organization. The National Hurricane Center expects a tropical depression or Tropical Storm Alvin to form Wednesday in the Eastern Pacific.
