Tropical Storm Chantal Strengthening Off Carolina Coast

Tropical Storm Chantal is slowly strengthening just off the South Carolina coast. Chantal will bring strong winds and heavy rain to the Southeast Coast and is expected to make landfall Sunday morning. Tropical storm warnings are in effect along the coast, including Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and Wilmington, North Carolina.
