Watching For Tropical Development As Invest Moves Across Florida

Invest 93L is moving across the Florida Panhandle early Wednesday. Conditions should become more favorable for development if this area of low pressure can move into the Gulf, but that is still uncertain at this point. If Invest 93L can remain over water, a tropical depression or Tropical Storm Dexter could form by the end of the week. Regardless of development, heavy rain looks likely and could lead to flooding across the northern Gulf Coast through Friday.
