Severe storms turned dangerous in Alabama Friday night.

An EF2 tornado injured four people and destroyed a home near Cullman, Alabama, on Friday evening.

The Cullman County Emergency Management Agency reported that two adults, a 7-year-old child and a 3-week-old infant were injured as the tornado ripped through a mobile home around 7 p.m. CDT between Jones Chapel and Vinemont, Alabama, according to the Associated Press.

None of the injuries are life-threatening, according to CBS42.com.

The National Weather Service confirmed the EF2 tornado on Saturday.





The likely intermittent tornado caused significant tree damage and downed several power lines for more than 5 miles in the Jones Chapel area of Cullman County.

Other parts of the county have also sustained damage, according to ABC 33/40.
