Winter Storm Gianna has been named and will be the nor’easter that is set to impact the East Coast this weekend. There is potential for significant snow and gusty winds across the Carolinas and Virginia and this includes the immediate coastline. Strong winds will also bring the chance for coastal flooding during times of high tide.
