South Carolina Sees Snow On Beach

Winter Storm Gianna is bringing heavy snow, damaging winds and coastal flooding to parts of the Eastern Seaboard. Gianna became a "bomb cyclone" off the East Coast Sunday.

And if that wasn't enough, another blast of arctic air will cause temperatures to plummet for much of the central and eastern U.S.
