Total snow and sleet accumulations between 3 and 5 inches and ice accumulations around one tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. WHERE...South Aitkin and Carlton and South St. Louis Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the Fond du Lac Band and the Mille Lacs Band, East Lake area.
