A storm chaser captured astounding time-lapse video of lightning spidering over Richmond, Virginia, during a severe thunderstorm. What makes it even more amazing? This storm was a near-miss for Dinwiddie County, after the National Weather Service warned it could hit the area with pea-sized hail and wind gusts up to 60 mph.
