Deaths rising after earthquake, tsunami hits Philippines

A 7.8 magnitude earthquake rocked the southern Philippines early Monday morning, killing more than 30 people. The quake off the coast of Mindanao, caused a tsunami and triggered landslides. The port city of General Santos was hit hard, video shows the moment a popular fast food restaurant collapsed.
