Heavy rainfall over the weekend led to flooding that forced more than 200 people to evacuate the O’Connell’s RV Campground in Amboy, Illinois, on Sunday morning. With the exits cut off, buses had to be sent to take the campers from the park about 90 miles west of Chicago. They were eventually given shelter at Amboy Central School.
