The city of Maracaibo in Venezuela unveiled a statue honoring Tsunami, the border collie that helped locate survivors after earthquakes struck the region in June. The mayor's office also awarded Tsunami a Medal of Honor for Merit, recognizing his loyalty, service and heroism.
