Spring Outlook: Warmer Conditions Ahead, Except For One Location

Temperatures will remain stubbornly cool along the country’s northern tier, but we will see a reprieve from the chilly temperatures across most of the remainder of the country as we move into the spring, according to the latest outlook issued by The Weather Company and Atmospheric G2. The warmest spring conditions will be found from the Southwest to the Southern Plains.
