The West will see a one, two punch of systems this week, bringing a flood threat to the region as both storms dump rain and mountain snow. Late this week we will have another kitchen sink storm on our hands with a severe threat to the south and a winter storm threat across the northern tier. Here’s what we’re watching this week.
