Dexter Tracking Away From US; 2 Other Areas To Watch

Tropical Storm Dexter will continue to move away from the U.S. and will be no threat to land. Another area to watch is right on Dexter’s heels off the Southeast coast. Right now, this cluster of thunderstorms has a low chance of development as it meanders northwestward over the next several days. This area could bring nuisance showers and storms to the Southeast coast later this week. The third area is a tropical wave that’s expected to come off Africa, so we have a lot of time to keep an eye on it. Watch to see the latest on the tropics and what’s expected in the week ahead.
