Residents in the small, rural communities of Florida’s Big Bend region are dealing with their third hurricane in 13 months. That includes places like Horseshoe Beach and Dekle Beach, both hit hard by Hurricane Helene. Before that, it was Debby and Idalia. Here’s their story in their own words.
