Erin Continues To Rapidly Intensify

Hurricane Erin continues to rapidly intensify, now seeing sustained winds of 145 mph. This is a substantial jump since 5pm yesterday when Erin had winds of 75 mph. Heavy rainfall from outer bands of Erin will continue to impact portions of the Northern Leeward Islands, the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. This storm will also create dangerous swells for the Bahamas, Bermuda and the Eastern US this week.
