Imelda Strengthens To Category 2; Humberto Fizzles

Hurricane Imelda has strengthened to a Category 2 hurricane, according to the latest from the National Hurricane Center. A hurricane warning remains in effect for Bermuda, where heavy rainfall, gusty winds and large waves are expected today and tomorrow.
