How Humberto and ‘Future Imelda’ Can Affect Each Other

There is still some uncertainty in the severity of the Southeastern impacts for Tropical Storm Imelda. Part of that uncertainty is due to Major Hurricane Humberto, which more than doubled in strength in 24 hours, while the other factor is a low pressure system and a stalled frontal boundary over the Southeast.
