Bomb Cyclone Brings Avalanche Danger In Northern California

The bomb cyclone that introduced an atmospheric river to the U.S. West Coast made a mess of highways in Northern California. New video shows the blinding snow on roads in Mount Shasta, where officials also issued an avalanche warning.
