Long-Duration Tornado, Hail Threat To Refire Overnight

A stuck pattern will lead to multiple days of tornadoes, damaging winds, hail and flooding across the mid-South. Shreveport, Dallas, Memphis, Little Rock, Nashville, Cape Girardeau and Lexington are some of the cities at risk for severe weather over the next few days. The severe thunderstorm risk could persist into the weekend before it finally slides east.
